David has over 30 years experience as a successful body repair technician specializing in heavy repairs.  In 2000, he left his career as a technician in order to develop a new concept in body shop marketing called AutoWatch™.  AutoWatch is a very unique customer service, marketing and communication tool designed specifically for the collision industry.  David’s practical experience in the body shop has proven to be extremely valuable in the successful creation and enhancement of the AutoWatch system.  David also serves as a member of the board of directors for the National Auto Body Council, and is very involved in the support and future direction of the collision industry.

Dave Dunn is the founder of Masters Educational Services and Masters School of Autobody Management.

Masters operates worldwide and offers management education on Estimating, Production and Cycle Time Management, Marketing and Bodyshop operations.

Masters’ worldwide headquarters is located in Galesburg Illinois.

Dave owns and operates Dave’s Auto Body in Galesburg Illinois.

He is currently engaged as a consultant to some of the most successful Automobile companies in the world.

He is the author of thousands of published management articles.

Dave’s book; Liquid Amalgam, is now on its 4th printing.

Alan M.Murdy

 As Director Business Services, Alan assists customers with implementing CynCast Technology and reports into its customers daily operating processes.  In addition he provides value added consulting services. 

Alan’s career spans over 20 years in the collision repair sector, beginning as a sales trainer with Akzo Nobel coatings in Atlanta Georgia. Additionally, he was general manager for Collision Repair Management system (CRMS) and N. American Acoat services Manager responsible for 20 groups, Continuing education, marketing, network promotion and insurance relationships.

Most recently Alan was a project Manager for Carter and Carter consulting in Chicago Illinois where he worked on the Good wrench Auto body program for General Motors and the Nissan Certified Collision center program, which he designed and implemented for Nissan/Infiniti of N. America. Alan specializes in production improvement processes, financial key performance indicators and marketing brand promotion.

Alan is a graduate of Northwood University and resides in Chicago with his wife Mary and two young boys.

 

Aimee Schilling

Aimee Schilling has been working for Metro Paint Supplies for two years.  During that time she has been charged with various tasks to make Metro Paint Supplies the premiere provider of paint and refinish products.  Most recently she has worked to create opportunities for Metro customers to better their relationships with insurance agents and create DRP relationships through the DuPont Performance Alliance Program.  Aimee brings a unique perspective to the Collision Repair Industry, coming from other industries, such as Business Intelligence, Copier Sales, and Retail.  Her passion is working with shop owners to make a difference for the better in how they acquire business, keep business, and remain competitive in the current business climate.

   

Nada Jokic

Marketing Representative - Management System Software

 Nada joined DuPont Refinish 18 years ago to promote a new color retrieval system to DuPont jobbers and collision shops.  This led to the inception of ProfitNet, DuPont’s Collision Shop Management System.   Nada spent several years promoting, supporting and training collision shops in the use of this system.   She learned what shops needed and wanted out of a management system.  In 2003 DuPont released a new and improved Windows version of ProfitNet, which she promotes in the Central Region of the U.S.   Nada enjoys working with collision shops to help them operate more efficiently and profitably by using ProfitNet as an improvement tool for processes and financials in their business.
